Personal Chef Service
Welcome to my Personal Chef & In-home Catering Service. I'm Francine Lynch and I decided to join the Personal Chef profession because I love to cook for people, yet I do not want to work in a restaurant. I like the fresh, local and healthy meals and the party food, which sounds like opposite ends of the food spectrum but to me it is the balance of life.
My food has integrity and I never use a powder mix or a can of soup in any recipe and I only use high quality fresh ingredients. I have had formal and informal training and I am continuing to take classes at Schenectady County Community College.
I am a graduate of The Culinary Business Academy in Atlanta and a proud member of the United States Professional Chef Association and am insured through them. I also am a member of Slow Food International.
